Founder and Chief Impact Architect
Cynthia is a nonprofit strategist. She helps mission-driven organizations move from vision to measurable impact by designing the structure needed for sustainable growth.
As creator of the Mission Possible™ Impact Alignment Model™ - built on Clarity, Confidence, Capacity and Consistency - Cynthia equips leaders to align governance, funding, leadership and operations before they scale.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across government and nonprofit sectors, she has secured and managed millions in grant funding while strengthening compliance, performance systems and organizational infrastructure. A Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS), Cynthia brings both strategic vision and operational precision to every engagement.
Her approach is clear, grounded and transformative.
