Founder and CEO
Cynthia is a Leadership Coach and nonprofit strategist with over 25 years of experience strengthening leaders and the organizations they serve.
Through CP Davis Consulting, Cynthia works with nonprofit & mission-driven leaders who are navigating growth, transition or increased responsibility. Her coaching approach is grounded in the belief that leadership decisions directly impact organizational sustainability - particularly in the areas of funding, governance and accountability.
Cynthia brings a unique blend of coaching, technical expertise & real-world experience in grantwriting, grants management, board development & fund development. This integrated lens allows her to help leaders build confidence, clarity and leadership presence while also strengthening the systems that support long-term success.
