Four Years of CP Davis Consulting: From Grants to Governance to Growth

Four years ago, CP Davis Consulting was born from a simple but powerful belief:


Nonprofits deserve the structure, strategy, and support to fully realize their mission.


At the time, the focus was clear — grantwriting, funding strategy, and capacity-building support. Organizations needed help securing resources, and I knew how to help them compete, win, and steward those opportunities with excellence.


But over time, something deeper became evident.


Funding was not the core issue.


Alignment was.


The Evolution


Over the past four years, I have worked alongside executive directors, program leaders, board members, and community-based organizations who were deeply passionate about their work. They had vision. They had heart. They had commitment.


What they often lacked was:

Over these four years, I have:

Coached emerging and seasoned leaders

Expanded into speaking and national positioning


But perhaps most importantly — I have grown.


As a strategist.
