How: Lead with shared goals, co-design data dashboards, and propose 12–24-month roadmaps—not just a single-year proposal.
Your 90-Day Leadership Sprint (Template)
Use this quarter to prove what’s possible—then scale next quarter.
Month 1: Diagnose & Focus
Vision Check: Write a 2–3 sentence future state for the next 12 months.
Baseline: Pick 3 core outcomes (e.g., client progress, program quality, revenue diversity). Capture current numbers.
Bottleneck Review: Where do requests stall—intake, scheduling, data, approvals?
Top 3 Needle Movers: Examples
Launch a grant calendar with roles and deadlines.

Quarterly Focus: One strategic question per meeting: “What must be true for a 20% increase in outcomes without adding staff?”
Recruitment Matrix: Skills, networks, lived experience, and give/get—scored against current gaps.
